BIOGRAPHY

One of Guildford’s stars in the club’s formative years. He was known off the pitch as a true gentleman. He scored one of City’s goals in the famous FA Cup victory over Football League side Queens Park Rangers. The end of his career was hastened by a broken ankle. He received a joint benefit match against Redhill in September 1930.
