TRISTAN REES BRINGS IN NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

New City manager Tristan Rees has announced his management team for the new season.

Chris Adams will be known to some City supporters having last season coached of City’s U18 side. Chris also worked with the first team for a period acting as goalkeeper coach. In the 2021-22 season Chris worked in the coaching team with Tristan in and after Tony Reid’s management period at Farnham Town.  In the season just finished Chris pulled on the goalkeeper gloves making three appearances for Sheerwater whilst also coaching the side.

Dan Goodall is a well-regarded coach who was U18 head coach at Farnham Town, taking his young charges to a league championship in 2020-21. Upon Tony Reid’s departure at Farnham in early April 2022, Dan was appointed interim first team manager. Last season Dan moved on to Fleet Spurs where he was head coach.

Muhammed Sher joined Pete Ruggles as a coach in December 2022 and we are delighted that he is staying on to work with Tristan. Prior to joining Guildford City Mo was on the coaching staff at Godalming Town. Mo has been coaching football since 2009 when he arrived at Loughborough University.

We welcome Chris, Dan and Mo to the club and we hope that you have a successful, but equally importantly an enjoyable time at the club.
