Guildford City Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of TRISTAN REES as the new Guildford City First Team Manager.
Tristan is no stranger to Guildford City having previously held coaching, assistant manager and caretaker manager roles at the club. Tristan returns to the Spectrum after coaching roles at Farnham Town and latterly Westfield FC.
Tristan also has links with Guildford City Boys & Girls FC and this gives the club a welcome opportunity to strengthen its desire of being a local club at the heart of its community.
Tristan is delighted to return as manager of his hometown club. He said “I was happy at Westfield and I wouldn’t have left them for any other club”. He went on to say “I’ve learnt a lot from my previous experiences which has given me the confidence to trust myself with decision making, and I am really looking forward to getting started at the club”.
Tristan will be joined by a management team who will be announced after the forthcoming weekend.
