NIKKI BULL JOINS GUILDFORD CITY

We are delighted to announce that Nikki Bull has been appointed as the new Guildford City First Team Manager.

Bull has managerial experience with five years in the Isthmian Premier Division, firstly at Margate FC where he reached the play-offs and latterly Leatherhead FC. Nikki is most recognised as an Aldershot Town legend, making over 300 appearances for the Shots and being their player of the season twice. He also played for Brentford and Wycombe Wanderers.

Chief Executive, Brian Bloomfield said: ‘ On behalf of the club I would firstly like to say thank you to Tristan Rees for his hard work and dedication with the first team. Tristan is Guildford through & through and has worked tirelessly these last few months. We want to start next season on the front foot, it’s more beneficial from a managers point of view for Nikki to come on board now so that he can evaluate the current playing squad and gives him time to assess what team building is necessary for next season. Nikki has played and managed at a high level of football and he brings to the club the knowledge and experience we require to progress. We welcome Nikki to the club.’

Bull will begin this Monday and will be in the dugout next Saturday for our away tie vs Colliers Wood United.

More details will follow tomorrow.
