Guildford City Football Club are pleased to welcome another four additions to their playing squad for the new season. This brings to sixteen the players now signed on Southern League forms.
Our new signings are:
Kobe Botwe: Was playing Sunday football last season but has taken the eye during pre-season with his energy and skills in midfield. Aged 21, he has shown that he can score goals, and we look forward to seeing him play on the Southern League stage. A former Dulwich Hamlet U’18 player, who has also played for Croydon FC and Sevenoaks Town.
Kieran Burrell: A 21 year old midfield player with exciting skills. He has stepped up this season after playing last year for AFC Croydon Athletic in CCL Division One. His other former clubs are Fisher and Leyton.
Tom Mudge: A 26 year old central defender who has joined City from Thatcham Town. A useful utility player with experience playing in central midfield and up front. His former clubs include Burnham, Windsor & Eton and Didcot Town. A penalty taker!
Calvin Thomas: A fast and skilful winger, who is versatile enough to have played in most outfield positions, Calvin joins City from Cove. Originally at Willesden Constantine, he has also played for Aylesbury United, Windsor & Eton and Sandhurst Town.
