Guildford City made it two wins on the bounce as Chris Balchin’s men won 4-3 against visitors CB Hounslow United. City made the perfect start with captain Nemo Adams scoring early and Kyen Nicholas doubling the score with a delightful backheel. Despite losing both defender Billy Irving and goalscorer Kyen Nicholas it was almost a perfect first half with substitute Tom Griffin rounding the keeper and almost making it 3-0 before a CB Hounslow defender got back and blocked the shot. The 2nd half was a different tale as the visitors came out fighting and brought the game back to 2-2. City made it 3-2 with a Benga Ogunseye penalty before CB Hounslow having their own penalty and for the second time in the match drawing the game. Unbelievably, in the 84th minute Guildford piled men forward and Benga Ogunseye was put through down the right, his floated cross went straight through the keeper’s hands and Tom Griffin stooped low at the far post to head it in for the winning goal. An extremely eventful game, that fortunately ended well for Guildford City
