Following approval from the Combined Counties League, the owners of Guildford City F.C. can announce the handover of the Club to Guildford City Boys and Girls F.C. , pending final approval from the F.A.
The move brings together the two clubs, creating a clear pathway from junior to senior football and should allow the new entity to develop into a significant asset for the local community.
With the change, the current ownership board step down with immediate effect, with Tristan Rees becoming the new chairman and overseeing this transitional phase.
