This season the club took the decision to replace our U23 side with a full reserve side playing in a strong league. Developing young players coming through for the U18s will still happen but the ability to play, and also face, older and stronger players on a regular basis will better assist in their progression.
So City’s reserve side will play kin the Suburban League Central division where our opponents this season will be Ash United, Cobham, Cove, Eversley & California, Farnham Town, Merstham, Sheerwater, Walton & Hersham, Westfield and Yateley United. Home matches will be played at the Spectrum usually on Wednesday evenings. This is a good level of football and we would encourage supporters to pop along and support the team. Entrance is £3 adults and £1 concessions. Entrance is free to season ticket holders on production of their card.
Former Sheerwater reserves manager Ben Searle was appointed manager. He is assisted by Joel Stenning and Jordan Clark.
