BEN SEARLE APPOINTED RESERVE TEAM MANAGER

Guildford City is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Searle as Men’s Reserve Team Manager.

Searle has six years of management under his belt. Initially starting at Knaphill Athletic, Ben managed the third team before he was promoted to Reserve Team Manager where he won the league cup the following season. During his time he never finished below third place in the league and competed in two cup finals, winning one and losing one.

Most recently Searle was Reserve Team Manager at Sheerwater FC taking them from Elite reserve football into Suburban football, winning the league cup in the first full season at that level.

Ben has also appointed former captain Joel Stenning as his assistant manager and both are “very excited to be joining a prestigious club like Guildford City”. On his appointment Searle says: “The opportunity to work with Pete again and provide a level of football comparative to the first team that will drive the club to their targets was too good to turn down.”

Guildford City Reserve Team will be playing Suburban League this coming season! 🔴⚪️
