Thomas strengthens his attack

Guildford City is pleased to announce that former Farnham Town striker Matt Glass has agreed to sign for the club for the forthcoming season. Glass, who also plays for the British Army and Combined Services, scored 29 goals in 28 appearances for our Hogs Back rivals last season, including all four goals in a 4-2 victory over Hartley Wintney, and two goals in Farnham’s League Cup Final victory over Camberley Town.  Glass hails from Nottingham where he played in the Forest youth system. He gained 15 Scotland Schools caps before moving into non-league football at firstly Alfreton Town and then WorksopTown. Pre-season training starts next Thursday (23 June) where Glass will join fellow new additions Craig Bradshaw, Dave Hill, Bobby Dormer and Perry Coles.
