Ian Plested caught up with first team manager Pete Ruggles after our 2-1 victory vs Broadfields United in the FA Cup. City scored twice in the first half as a superb free kick from Billy Nutbeam was met by Centre back Lloyd Connelly who flicked in with his head! Then later in the half Morgan Porter did brilliantly down the right and cut inside to pass to Kyle Henry, who on the edge of the box, fired into the bottom corner! The second half saw the home side get much more into the game but despite conceding from a corner, City were excellent in defence and secured the win!
