Guildford City Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of three further players in preparation for the start of the Southern League season on 17 August.
The three additions are:
Josh Clayman – Signed from Sussex League side Shoreham FC where he featured for several seasons in a goal scoring midfield role. Having made the transition to full-back last season, he now adds a tough tackling approach to his attacking instincts. Josh is a school teacher in Guildford.
Darren Evans – A central midfield player who is returning to football this season after work commitments caused him to miss the entire 2012-13 season. Previously he featured for Mole Valley SCR. His other former clubs include Coulsdon Town and Croydon.
Anh-Tuan West – A skilful full back who can also play in a midfield role. He missed most of last season with a cruciate ligament injury. He likes to get forward when he can and his pace is used to good effect in defence and attack. His former clubs are Whyteleafe and Tooting & Mitcham.
We welcome all three players to the club and hope they have a long and successful stay.
