With three weeks until the commencement of pre-season, manager Chris Balchin has announced his coaching team in preparation for next season.
Returning to the club as Assistant Manager is Tristan Rees. Rees formerly managed Merrow FC but started the season just ended as Chris Balchin’s assistant, before spending the second half of the season on the coaching staff at Westfield.
The new first team coach is Chris Irving who will already be a familiar face at the club, Irving joins City from Three Bridges where he was the Under 18 coach.
The coaching team is completed by a new goalkeeper coach in the form of Tom Scott. Scott runs a football coaching business, and he will combine his role at City with a role as Head of Coaching Development at Guildford City Boys & Girls.
