Donovan Chislett as manager and Phil Bowers as assistant manager

Guildford City FC is pleased to announce the appointment of Donovan Chislett as manager and Phil Bowers as assistant manager.

Donovan played as a full time professional at the top level in South Africa, before settling in Guildford in 2003. He then played at Fleet Town under the stewardship of Andy Sinton before embarking on a successful coaching career. He holds a UEFA B coaching licence and believes in hard work and core values such as discipline and respect.

Phil has been involved at Guildford City Boys and Girls FC for over 12 years as a coach. He has been involved with the City youth set up since it started approximately eight years ago, and under Phil’s management the team has won the Southern Youth League West Division for 2 out of 3 years.

We hope that all of the clubs’ fans will join us in offering Don and Phil a warm welcome to Guildford City, and we look forward to future sucess for the club.
