Once more the minibuses of the Guildford City Team will venture out into the M4 corridor heading west, this time to the market town of Cirencester, famous as being the home of Liz Hurley, Jason Donovan, Pam Ayers & probably slightly less nauseating Arsenal Legend Tony Adams, plus just about every celebrity you’ve never heard of.
Cirencester Town at the Spectrum in November (pleasant weather, I seem to recall) gave City a bit of a spanking, but the City Team that will be playing on Saturday should provide stiffer opposition than we did at home. Despite it being a two+ hour journey in the 17 seat minibuses that we have this weekend, City will be looking forward to getting some time on the pitch, having only played 3 games since the beginning of the new year due to the atrocious weather that has caused matches to be cancelled all over the South of England.
The second of the two minibuses (i.e. the one for the fans) will be leaving Guildford Spectrum at 1200 noon, either phone Eddie or leave a reply in the forum (use this link if not sure)
